We just secured the final victory to stop President Biden's attempt to defund border wall construction.
His administration illegally sought to prevent the construction of the border wall and repurpose money that was supposed to be used solely for American safety and sovereignty. I have since sued the administration and have won the case.
Now, Biden has thrown in the towel and will not attempt to appeal the decision, allowing Texas to secure its borders, enforce the law, and protect our communities.
