In Wisconsin, we Democrats have been building our ground game for the last eight years. Now, the battle for the airwaves has begun.

The central question in any election is, in a sense, what the election is about.

In the 2024 presidential race, there are three messages to convey. First, define yourself before the other side can define you. Show who Vice President Harris is, what she’s done, and what she plans to do.

Second, puncture the GOP’s attacks and throw them back at the other side. You can see that in VP Harris’ ad about the border—pointing out that Vice President Harris and Democrats negotiated a tough and fair border bill, but Trump killed it.

And third, go on offense—defining the other side, wielding truth to put the key winning issues of the election front and center.

Think about one of the core facets from VP Harris—now echoed by Democrats across the country—that there’s something weird and creepy about the way Trump, JD Vance, and Project 2025 want to get involved in the personal medical decisions and private lives of Americans, especially women.

The VP's message about Trump/Vance/MAGA/Project 2025—that they want to interfere in your personal life, control you—and her message about herself—that she’s a fighter defending regular folks against extremists and special interests—adds up to the central theme of the election: Freedom.

It’s up to us to fight back against the chaotic & unfree MAGA vision—can you chip in $24 to help us organize across Wisconsin and promote VP Harris’ vision of freedom, opportunity, and joy?
