Things are EXPLODING on the legal front as the laws we pass in the AZ Senate are the subject of multiple lawsuits- and we are again on the front lines of election integrity.

First, some good news. A judge has ruled Dem Secretary of State violated the law with his guidance to county recorders. He is trying to use that document to controvert the laws we pass!

George Behizy reported:

BREAKING: A judge in Arizona just ruled that portions of the Democrat Secretary of State's election procedure manual for the 2024 election are UNCONSTITUTIONAL for silencing election integrity activists who sound the alarm on fraud.

According to the judge, certain provisions in the manual are "troubling" and blatantly violate the 1st Amendment.

"The Court is unprepared to find that Defendants are correct in their position that the footnote complies with Arizona law under any interpretation of the facts or legal argument." - Judge Jennifer Ryan Touhill

The lawsuit was brought forth against Secretary of the Cartels Adrian Fontes by the Arizona Free Enterprise Club, and it's not the only lawsuit challenging his unconstitutional manual.

Unfortunately, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals overturned ITS OWN DECISION regarding our requirement that voters show citizenship to register to vote. So we are appealing that to SCOTUS!

This is regarding a law WE PASSED to correct that issue. And we expect a good result from SCOTUS.

Thankfully, we are not alone in this fight. Maricopa County is getting sued for its unwillingness to remove noncitizens from its own voter rolls.

Thankfully, we are fighting on multiple fronts to guarantee your election integrity.

Thankfully, it is laws passed by the AZ Senate (which I voted for!) that are the basis for these lawsuits. Can you imagine where we would be on election integrity in AZ without those laws???

This is why I must go back to the AZ Senate. It's why I need your support. We are fighting every day here for election integrity, against radical leftists who want these elections to be fraudulent, and they really want noncitizens to vote in them too! I am the #1 target of the Left AGAIN in November- they cannot STAND the good work we have done. Will you help me?
