Since Vice President Harris announced Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her
running mate on Tuesday, the already electric energy of the campaign
managed to jump even higher!
Gov. Walz shares Harris's dedication to fighting for middle-class
families. While Republicans in Congress allowed the Biden-Harris Child Tax
Credit to lapse, Walz passed an even more sweeping version in Minnesota to
help pull kids out of poverty.^1 Harris has been a steadfast supporter of
the LGBTQ+ community for her entire career, and as MAGA Republicans
increased their attacks on trans and nonbinary youth, Walz protected
access to gender-affirming care.^2
They share a vision for a more hopeful, inclusive, and prosperous future
for our nation, and, with our help, they will turn that vision into a
reality from inside the White House.
Showing nationwide support for their campaign by wearing a T-shirt,
putting up a yard sign, or sharing a sticker is an excellent way to build
momentum, engage surge voters who are not paying as close attention to the
election, and counter the hate and lies from Donald Trump and JD Vance.
