Let me explain why the upcoming Democratic primary is such a pivotal moment: This is an important milestone for our campaign to show the strength of our movement. The primary is our opportunity to prove that we have what it takes to win big in November.
We’ve spent months building a campaign we can all be proud of, one centered around the idea that even in a divided Congress, we can make progress and achieve results just like we’ve done in Delaware. We’re running a campaign that believes we CAN expand access to health care and reproductive rights, advocate for workers and families instead of the big-money special interests, and keep our communities safe from gun violence.
I’m so proud to report that we have received a LONG list of major endorsements from elected officials like Congresswoman Blunt Rochester and Senator Carper to organizations like the AFL-CIO and Planned Parenthood.
