We are less than 90 days away from Election Day – which means that we are all hands on deck, and every Republican is campaigning hard to ensure we SAVE AMERICA and SAVE NEW YORK!

New York WILL once again decide the majority in Congress!

NY Republicans Sound Off Against Kamala’s Far Left Pick for Running Mate

On Tuesday, Kamala Harris announced that Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota would be joining the Democratic ticket as her Vice-Presidential candidate. Tim Walz supports defunding the police and flooding our cities with illegal immigrants. Together with Kamala Harris, he will push for the most destructive and radical Far Left Democrat policies America has ever seen and destroy our nation as we know it. We must defeat them this November.

Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (NY-21) stated – 

"Kamala Harris’ selection of Tim Walz as her running mate confirms that the Democrat Party will anoint the most radical Far Left wing ticket in history. The Harris-Walz ticket is dangerous for hardworking American families as they will destroy our economy and compromise our national security.

Walz was a failed Member of Congress and a failed Governor who supported BLM rioters who torched Minneapolis to the ground, while Kamala Harris fundraised to bail out violent criminals from prison.

Walz voted to increase reckless government spending leading to historic inflation, strip Americans of their preferred doctors, and has supported failed Far Left Democrat open border policies for decades.

A Harris-Walz Administration would be the end of America as we know it. We must elect President Donald J. Trump and Senator JD Vance to save America. The American First movement must redouble our efforts to ensure a Trump-Vance victory this November and DEFEAT the radical Harris-Walz ticket to Save America."

Rep. Marc Molinaro (NY-19) stated – 

"The far-left hated Josh Shapiro because he’s Jewish and supported Israel. 

They loved Tim Waltz because he’s anti-police and supported open borders.

Rep. Mike Lawler  (NY-17) stated – 

“In choosing Tim Walz as her running mate, Kamala Harris revealed an inconvenient truth about Governor Josh Shapiro: he’s too Jewish and too moderate for the radical far left Democratic party of Mondaire Jones and Kamala Harris. The far left ticket of Harris, Walz, and Jones — all of whom favor defunding the police, open borders, Medicare for all, the Green New Deal — will be roundly rejected by voters this November.”

"Kamala Harris and Tim Walz make up the most far-left progressive ticket in history. "VP Harris choosing Tim Walz, a far-left governor from a lean blue state with 10 electoral votes, over Josh Shapiro, a somewhat moderate Jewish governor from a toss-up state with 20 votes, signals her stubbornly-left stances on Israel, energy, and public safety issues."

New York GOP Member’s Visit with Constituents During August Recess

Members of Congress are back in their districts for the month of August, and they have hit the ground hard, rallying constituents and attending events in and around their communities.

Chairwoman Stefanik joined hundreds of Upstate residents in Fort Ann to support the Great Meadow Correctional Facility and oppose Kathy Hochul’s devastating decision to close the prison.

Rep. Brandon Williams held a meet and greet in Utica on Tuesday to listen to the concerns of constituents and fire up supporters for the upcoming election in November.

Rep. Molinaro visited Swartz farm in Rensselaer County to listen to the needs of farmers and the agriculture community.

Rep. Molinaro stated –

"Our farmers are the backbone of our community, and it's crucial we support them and listen to their needs. Together, we're working to ensure that agriculture remains strong and vibrant in our region. Thank you to everyone who took the time to meet and share their insights!"

Stefanik, Lawler Introduce Justice for 9/11 Act

On Thursday, Chairwoman Elise Stefanik and Rep. Mike Lawler (NY-17) introduced the Justice for 9/11 Act to prevent the Biden-Harris Administration from offering plea deals to the 9/11 terrorists Khalid Shaikh Mohammad, Walid Muhammad Salih Mubarak Bin ‘Attash, and Mustafa Ahmed Adam al Hawsawi.

Chairwoman Stefanik stated:

"In an effort to prevent the Biden-Harris Administration from offering another sickening plea deal to the al-Qaeda terrorists behind the horrific terrorist attacks of 9/11, I am proud to co-lead the introduction of the Justice for 9/11 Act to ensure these terrorists receive the harshest punishment for their roles in the deadliest terrorist attack in American history. On behalf of the nearly 3,000 Americans killed on 9/11 and thousands of first responders who died from 9/11 health related illnesses, our service members, including 10th Mountain Division Soldiers, who gave their lives to eliminate terrorists, I will do everything in my power to make sure these terrorists are tried to the fullest extent of the law for their heinous crimes against America. We have not forgotten."

Rep. Lawler stated:

"The Justice for 9/11 Act will ensure that no future plea deal will be offered to these terrorists by requiring a trial and ensuring the death penalty remains on the table. Anything less is a disservice to all those who made the ultimate sacrifice on that day and in the months and years since."

NY-04 Spotlight: Anthony D’Esposito

Congressman Anthony D’Esposito is currently serving his first term as the Representative for New York’s 4th Congressional District. Congressman D’Esposito served as an NYPD Detective for over a decade—making over 600 arrests concerning murders, shootings, assaults, and illegal firearms. He also served as Chief of the Island Park Fire Department when Superstorm Sandy devastated the region. As a Hempstead Town Councilman, Anthony D’Esposito helped lead America’s largest town. Building on his commitment to protect taxpayers by “doing more with less,” D’Esposito cut or froze town taxes in each of the last four budgets passed by the Hempstead Town Board while he served on the Town Board.
