17,261 fewer donations than we did at this point last month.

Now, we expected August would be a tougher month for fundraising, but we
didn’t think it’d be this rough.

Our campaign has so much momentum right now. The last thing we need is a
budget shortfall when we’re making important decisions about staffing and
opening more grassroots offices in the early states.
