John,
Our case to get justice for Chloe Cole just suffered a disappointing procedural setback and now it could be months before the case moves forwards.
Please, let me back up.
As you'll recall earlier this year a judge denied Kaiser's motion to force us to arbitration.
Of course, Kaiser appealed that decision. Then they turned around and asked the judge to "stay" -- to pause -- the case while the court of appeals evaluates the arbitration decision.
Unfortunately, the judge granted the stay bringing Chloe's case to a screeching halt.
John, this is another frustrating delay for justice for Chloe who just turned 20.
Now she’ll have to wait even longer to hold accountable the predators who coerced her into medically transitioning while she was a child.
But this hasn't stopped Chloe from continuing to advocate for vulnerable children.
In fact, she recently testified before a court in the trial for Ohio's ban on "gender-affirming care" for kids.
