Throughout his time in office, President Trump has used every opportunity to threaten health care access for those who already struggle and need it the most. In his latest attack, the administration wants to gut the Health Care Rights Law, which protects patients from discrimination in accessing care.
Tomorrow is the last day to submit a comment on this outrageous proposal and fight against the latest attack on our right to health care access.

If finalized, this rollback will have a particularly devastating impact on LGBTQ+ people, people who have had or may seek abortion care and other reproductive health care services, people whose first language is not English, immigrants, people of color, and people with disabilities and chronic illnesses. It would harm all of us and further embolden providers, insurance companies, and others to discriminate against patients.
You can comment with a personal story about barriers you have faced when trying to access health care, general concerns about enabling health care discrimination, or simply state your opposition to the rule and ask that the administration withdraw it.
