In a few short weeks, the world as we know it has seemingly turned upside down. Suddenly schools are practicing distance learning, and that means school nurses need to change how we help our students too.

NASN is here for you on the advocacy front as well. We wrote a letter to Ranking Member of the Health, Education, Labor and Pension Committee, Sen. Patty Murray to consider adding 10,000 more school nurses for the upcoming school year.

And, NASN sent a letter to the President of the United States requesting the expansion of school nurses be included in any proposal crafted to help re-open the United State's economy and schools.
