I’m excited to announce that our campaign has been endorsed by the Texas AFL-CIO.
The Texas AFL-CIO has been the leading voice for teachers, firefighters, farm workers, and Texas workers. While Greg Abbott and his Republican allies have attacked workers, the AFL-CIO has stood up and fought back. I’m honored to have their support.
My opponent, Beth Van Duyne, has never stood with Texas workers and frequently attacked our teacher’s unions. She has never worked for North Texas. Instead, she represents her billionaire donors and Donald Trump.
It is past time for a change.
