What's more: Rick Scott — his favorite puppet in the Senate — has failed to denounce or distance himself from this destructive, anti-democratic rhetoric.

It proves that our fight against GOP authoritarianism and voter suppression isn't limited to just the race for the White House. It's here in Florida too.

So if there's one thing you need to understand, friend, it's that American democracy itself is on the ballot wherever GOP extremists like Donald Trump and Rick Scott are.
