JOHN —
There is one way that elections are won:
Turning out more voters than your opponent.
Back in 2016, we lost a good portion of the Veteran vote.
In 2020, with Joe Biden — the father of a Veteran who died of brain cancer after toxic exposure on deployment — we narrowed the gap. Veterans were a big part of why we defeated Trump and retook the White House.
With Tim Walz on the ticket, we stand to win even more of the Veteran vote — but only if we reach them, and only if we make sure they know the facts.
Our opponents have shown their hand. The disgusting attacks on Tim’s service from Trump, Vance, and the rest of the MAGA-right are a blatant attempt at tearing Tim down. That’s why the work of VoteVets is more important today than it ever has been.
In every election year we spend a lot of time and resources going Veteran-to-Veteran, fighting lies and misinformation from the right and turning our people out to vote. If we are going to narrow those margins again this year, if we’re going to turn out more voters than the other guys, we have to do it again this year.
That kind of work isn’t easy — or cheap. So if you’re with us, and if you support our mission, please:
