Wednesday, Aug 7 — Hawley spent all day dodging debate invitations from TV
stations and organizations across Missouri. Lucas accepted all of them,
including an offer from Fox News. Hawley rejected those, only committing
to something hosted by a group that has already endorsed his campaign.

This day was also our single best fundraising day to date.

Thursday, Aug 8 — Josh Hawley launched his very first TV ad, full of false
attacks about Lucas. His campaign is spending $1 MILLION over the next two
weeks to blast it in front of voters in every corner of Missouri.
