Help Me Grow Maine is excited to share its 2023 Annual Report, highlighting the work completed with families statewide and new initiatives underway. Help Me Grow Maine is a free resource that exists to strengthen Maine communities by connecting families to what they need for their young children. Help Me Grow Maine?s Family Support Specialists work with families all over the state via phone, email, and text. Our central access point is a way for all families of children birth to eight, as well as pregnant people, to reach out and be linked with information, resources, and referrals. They also offer free online access to developmental screenings for young children, so parents and caregivers can easily check on how their child is developing for their age.

Support through Help Me Grow Maine can be accessed by both families and providers by calling 207-624-7969 or via our online referral portal found here: Help Me Grow Maine Online Referral. The resource can be accessed via our partnership with 211 Maine by dialing 2-1-1 and selecting option 5.? If a caller connects with a 211 Maine and requires Help Me Grow Maine assistance, the caller will be transferred to a HMG Family Support Specialist for further assistance.
