It's hot in Northern Ohio — and our race is heating up too. Election Day is already less than three months away, so we've been out every day building our field team, mobilizing voters, and talking to folks in our community.

Here are some highlights from the last month on the campaign trail:

Talking agriculture and Great Lakes issues over some ice cream at the Ottawa County Fair

Fired up and ready to knock doors with the amazing volunteers at our Toledo canvass event

Speaking at the Wood County Democratic Party fundraiser and cookout

Plus, Marcy never stops going to work for our Northern Ohio communities. In July alone, she delivered:

• $1.1 million in USDA clean energy investments for Ohio farms and small businesses
• $70,000 to the Maumee Valley Planning Organization for regional economic development
• $3.85 million for hypertension research at the University of Toledo
• $32 million for EV battery production at the new Mobis North America facility in Toledo
