Masks Could Be Banned in Public in Nassau County, With Some Exceptions

“This week in Nassau County, Republican legislators passed a law that would ban masks in public. Earlier in the summer, civil rights advocacy groups including the N.A.A.C.P. and the Anti-Defamation League, among others, have also called for a ban on masks at protests, comparing them to Ku Klux Klan hoods.” (READ MORE: NY Times)

Israel Vows Its Prepared for Retaliatory Attacks

KEY ADL SOCIAL STATEMENTS

  • It's absolutely heartbreaking that both Ariel Bibas and his brother Kfir have had to spend their birthdays this year being held in captivity by Hamas. No child deserves such a cruel fate, we must #BringThemHomeNow

  • Governor Shapiro is a proud Jew - as he should be. The ad hominem attacks implying that he can't serve his country because of his faith are despicable. I said it on Morning Joe, and I'll say it again - when you hold Jewish people to a double standard, that's not politics, it’s prejudice and it's wrong.

  • Thank you, President Isaac Herzog, for this important message. The Jewish people’s remarkable resilience is a precious resource that has “enabled us to get back up and rebuild after even the worst tragedies.” Tonight, tomorrow, next week… Am Yisrael Chai.
