I’m reaching out because today is Sarah’s 34th birthday! Because Sarah has a big primary election coming up, she has to spend a lot of time focused on raising the resources she needs to reach voters.
But since today is her birthday, her family doesn’t want that to be the case!
That’s why I’m reaching out. Her campaign team told me that if we raise $5,000, it will help Sarah step away to celebrate her big day! So, I’m going to need your help.

Birthdays have taken on a new importance in Sarah's life after coming out and especially since her husband Andy passed away in 2014.
She's never been one to want a super expensive or flashy gift. Though, she does love gathering with friends and family for a party.
But what really matters to Sarah on her birthday is celebrating another year of an authentic life on this earth and giving back through service — that’s why she’s running for Congress, to deliver for all of us.
