Climate Justice

No matter where we live, our lives will be impacted by the climate crisis, and in today’s Climate Justice newsletter, we turn to home. First, one field of study focusing on the intersections of climate change already exists: why has it been pushed out of colleges and universities? Next, residents are organizing to create community-sourced solutions for land and housing. Then, due to the worsening climate, home insurance premiums are rapidly increasing, becoming unaffordable for many. Finally, over the next three decades, it is estimated that climate change will force close to 143 million people to move and uproot their lives.
