Racing to respond to the coronavirus pandemic in over 70 countries
Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) teams are tackling the coronavirus pandemic in the more than 70 countries where we already operate and launching new projects in emerging hotspots. We’re supporting health authorities to provide care for patients with COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus. Teams are engaged in community outreach and health promotion to protect people who are most at risk from the virus. We are strengthening vital infection prevention and control measures across our medical projects and providing technical advice and training to other health workers. From Brazil to Belgium to Syria to South Africa, our teams are providing lifesaving medical care to the people who need it most. Learn more about our COVID-19 response.
