Don't miss out! The August Community Kauffee with Village President Ryan Kauffman is just around the corner—happening on August 10 at Venue 1012. Join us to connect and discuss our Village's infrastructure. Get there by 8:30 a.m. for coffee and breakfast treats before we dive into the program at 9 a.m.

Shred event rescheduled

The Rotary Club of Oswego and the Oswego Police Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (OCPAAA) have rescheduled the free shredding event for August 24.

Beginning at 9 a.m. at the Oswego Public Works Facility, up to three (3) large boxes full of papers will be accepted per car. The event ends at 1 p.m. or when the shred trucks are full. The Oswego Public Works Facility is located at 100 Theodore Drive in Oswego.

Grab your friends and get ready to rock the night away with "High Voltage" performances at Venue 1012 on August 24! Sins N' Roses and Electric Shock - The AC/DC Show will light up the stage from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. with classic hits from Guns N' Roses and AC/DC.

Savor delicious bites from local food trucks and cool down with refreshing beverages, including domestic beer, our signature vodka lemonade and non-alcoholic options. While outside food is welcome, please leave the drinks to us (outside drinks are prohibited).

Rumours - The Ultimate Fleetwood Mac Tribute Show is coming to Venue 1012 on September 7, and you won't want to miss this show.

Breast cancer benefit on October 12

Mark your calendars for an unforgettable evening at Pouring for Pink: Breast Cancer Benefit Concert on October 12, presented by TR Miller Heating, Cooling & Plumbing! Join us at Venue 1012 from 2 to 7:30 p.m. for an evening full of music and giving back.

With Dancing Queen and Billy Elton headlining, this event promises incredible performances, delicious drinks, great food, and a silent auction—in support of breast cancer awareness.

Getting rid of hazardous waste

Dispose of hazardous materials such as used motor oil, lawn chemicals and car batteries at Naperville’s Household Hazardous Waste Facility located at 156 Fort Hill Drive.

The facility is open every Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and drop-off is free for all Illinois residents. No appointment necessary. View a list of accepted items and facility procedures.
