This action is one of many across the U.S. before the Democratic National Convention kicks off on August 19. We’re seizing this crucial moment in election season to push Harris, Walz, and the Democratic Party to make the morally right and popular choice. Seventy percent of Democratic voters want an arms embargo and 86 percent want a ceasefire.
To defeat Trump, stand up against authoritarianism, and save lives, the Harris/Walz campaign, the Biden administration, and party leaders must ensure the U.S. stops arming Israel’s brutal war. Just yesterday, Harris indicated she was open to meeting with the co-founders of the Uncommitted Movement to discuss an arms embargo.
