This past weekend I had the opportunity to join Josh, his lovely family, and 500 energized democrats at the 5th Annual Harder Family BBQ in Stockton. I had a blast and left incredibly optimistic about the future of our Democratic Party.
I traveled all the way to Stockton because this year Josh is defending a critical toss-up seat in California’s 9th district. I’ve been so proud to work with Josh on issues like lowering the cost of prescription drugs and fighting climate change. Josh is a true leader of our values - and we cannot lose his voice in Congress.
It really was incredible to see Josh at the BBQ this weekend. He has incredible grassroots support in his community, but the attack ads have been relentlessly lying about his record. It’s not right. We have to make sure that Josh’s voters know what he stands for like we all do.
There is almost no place in the country more important than California’s Central Valley when it comes to rebuilding our Democratic majority, and winning Josh’s seat will be critical to our success this November. I need Josh to win.
