john, it’s time to restore trust in the Supreme Court.
Last week, President Biden published an op-ed in The Washington Post outlining his bold plans to add integrity and accountability to the courts.
I’m excited by these plans, john. For a long time now, I’ve called on my colleagues in Congress to take action to return the Supreme Court to the impartial, legal-minded body it is meant to be — not the hyper-partisan, activist court it has become after Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell stacked the courts.
If you support President Biden and my calls for Supreme Court reform, add your name alongside mine in calling for action. I’m doing what I can in the U.S. Senate, and I hope you will support these efforts today! [[link removed]]

In our democracy, the Court is not supposed to be a bastion of partisan interests and biased Justices.
However, Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell abused their powers to appoint extreme, right-wing justices to the Court that will leave behind a devastating legacy for decades to come.
As President Biden wrote in his op-ed, “What is happening now is not normal, and it undermines the public’s confidence in the Court’s decisions, including those impacting personal freedoms. We now stand in a breach.”
We must fix the courts, john. We cannot let Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito fundamentally alter the trajectory of our judicial branch — and our country’s history.
We need to take action before it’s too late. Sign your name to join me in support of bold Supreme Court reform. [[link removed]]

john, I will do everything I can to work alongside President Biden, Vice President Harris, and my colleagues in the Senate to make a real difference.
Thank you for joining me in calling for action.
