This year once again, we are asking you to vote for your nominee to the Corporate Hall of Shame!
Yes, this is YOUR chance to call out the worst of the worst! We will publicize the results, partnering with members and allies to mobilize pressure from the grassroots!
Together we will turn up the heat on corporations that monopolize our economy, support heinous political candidates, or drop billions to lobby against the environment and the health and well being of the people they allegedly serve.
Which companies have caused the most damage to the environment, released the most greenhouse gases, or run roughshod over Treaties with Indigenous tribes?
Which companies have given platforms to the unconscionable, or taken away platforms from progressive causes that get too successful? (X suspending White Dudes For Harris, Progressives for Harris, or basically anything “for Harris” comes to mind!)
Which companies have produced airplanes that literally fall apart in the sky?
It shouldn’t take too long to think of a few companies that have had an outsized negative impact on us over the last year!
Cast your vote in the Corporate Hall of Shame and call out corporations that have demonstrated the most blatant disregard for our society, our environment, and our health.
Adding up the vote is just the first step. Once we’ve got your picks, we will use the results to help us focus our strategies and make your views known.
Whether it’s union busting or exorbitant CEO pay, prioritizing shareholders over customers and workers, or lobbying for AR-15s and AK-47s, many companies have made indelible marks on society for the worse.
Some huge companies merge with other huge companies to annihilate competition and keep prices artificially high. Some jack up their costs with hidden junk fees tagged on later to the advertised costs. Some create fake accounts in their customers’ names. Some shrinkflate their products, charging more while delivering less.
Some hide their pride, frightened of protests by intolerant people. Some exploit child labor, in the U.S. or abroad. Some destroy rainforests and oceans with products that can’t biodegrade.
You know these companies. Many of them we interact with everyday. It’s time to call them on the carpet and pressure them for change.
Vote in the Corporate Hall of Shame and advocate for a world where people and the planet come before corporate profits.
