A warning (technically, a "notice letter") is what Judicial Watch
sent to the Oregon Secretary of State last week, warning the State of
Oregon of their evident violations of the National Voter Registration
Act (NVRA) requiring the removal of inactive voters from their voter
rolls.
Dear Judicial Watch Member,
No one is fighting harder to keep our elections honest than your
Judicial Watch!
And this fight is so important that I want to be sure you have the
chance to read the email that I sent last week.
Our "warnings" and lawsuits get real results....and THAT'S WHY I HOPE
YOU CAN HELP US WITH A TAX-DEDUCTIBLE GIFT TODAY.

Dear Judicial Watch Member,
A warning (technically, a "notice letter") is what Judicial Watch sent
to the Oregon Secretary of State last week, warning the State of
Oregon of their evident violations of the National Voter Registration
Act (NVRA) requiring the removal of inactive voters from their voter
rolls.
If Oregon fails to begin cleaning its voter rolls in a timely fashion,
we will go to federal court and sue them!
Our warning to Oregon is based on our election law team's thorough
review of federal and state election data. This is a detailed,
demanding, "roll up your sleeves" process...a process that no other
group in the country undertakes.
It is also expensive!
THAT'S WHY I HOPE YOU WILL MAKE A SPECIAL CONTRIBUTION TO JUDICIAL
WATCH TODAY!

Dirty election rolls can mean dirty elections
..and with a presidential election less than four months away, it is
vital that Oregon gets to work cleaning its voter registration rolls
of ineligible voters to remove any cloud of doubt over the legitimacy
of its balloting.
The corrupt Biden Justice Department should be pursuing this action in
court, not Judicial Watch...but for years the Justice Department has
failed to do its duty.
And that's why...with the support you have given us in the past

Watch
has stepped into the breach, and already forced the removal of over
4.5 million ineligible voters from voter lists across the
country...and that number is about to go up!

When states won't clean their voter lists as the law requires and the
Justice Department fails to take action, Judicial Watch goes into
action.
We don't just talk about honest elections...we deliver real, tangible
results.
And I don't believe there is anything more important in the fight to
preserve our Republic than to preserve honest elections.
Thank you for your past support of Judicial Watch, and for our mission
of upholding the rule of law.
I hope you will help us again today

I promise you
that every day, your Judicial Watch is fighting for you and honest
government!
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton
President
