Dear Friend and Supporter,
 
We are rounding the bend on the General Election in less than 90 days. At that time, early voting will have begun, and the General Election will be held on November 5, 2024. I thank you for your vote and support during my tenure and look forward to winning another term for West Virginia.
 
Because this election year is a Presidential Election year, voter turnout will be particularly important for many Republican candidates. When President Biden stepped down from his campaign for a second term, it meant turnout from both parties will be heavy.  I am in an advantageous position to win re-election in November. I have a Democrat challenger, so we hope all my supporters will vote and encourage others to do so as well. I have counted on you in the past and I am sure you will continue to support me in November. 
 
My team has had many successes over the past two terms. The department is well-run and has accomplished many meaningful successes with a budget much the same as 2008. We approached the job with an eye on prudent fiscal decisions and have contributed to West Virginia’s record high budget surpluses. My team and I keep eyes on everything and leave nothing to chance, resulting in staying on the right track.
 
I am campaigning by crisscrossing the state to connect with as many voters as possible. In addition, I continue to perform the duties you have elected me to do. I hope you will stay with me and contribute to my re-election campaign to keep the momentum going. Your support now could make a wonderful difference in November!
