As students return to class, over 6 million will find LGBTQ+-affirming books in their school libraries thanks to GLSEN’s Rainbow Library. They’ll be welcomed by thousands of supportive educators who attended GLSEN’s Professional Development trainings, learning how to make their classrooms more LGBTQ+-inclusive. Local GLSEN Chapters will also provide safe spaces where these students can be their true selves.

However, for each student reached by these programs, there's one who isn’t—yet.
