Justice Thomas failed (again!) to disclose lavish gifts from Republican megadonor.
John—
The Supreme Court should serve the people, yet conservative justices continue to erode public trust by failing to disclose lavish gifts and trips given to them by Republican megadonors. Justices Gorsuch and Alito have been facing questions, but it is Justice Thomas who was most recently found to have a much greater scale of corruption with evidence of taking even more extravagant private jet flights than previously disclosed.
We call on Congress to use its power to hold our courts accountable to serving equal justice for all people and not just the wealthy few.
These justices must be kept in check through major reforms such as term limits and a binding code of conduct. We need SCOTUS reforms now.

Subject: TAKE ACTION: Congress must fix the broken Supreme Court
Fighting for gender justice in the courts, in public policy, and in our society.
Justice for her. Justice for all.
Dear John,
The last few Supreme Court terms have made it clear: The Supreme Court is broken and needs major reforms NOW. This week President Biden made a major move to counteract Supreme Court corruption and hold justices accountable. We must carry this momentum to ensure the high Court serves the people, not self-interested political actors.
We now call on Congress to exercise its authority to ensure that the Court serves its purpose—a commitment to equal justice for ALL people.
From restricting abortion access, criminalizing homelessness, and undoing affirmative action in higher education, the Supreme Court has been corrupted by radical conservatives who serve political interests over people. There are sitting justices who truly believe they are untouchable—that must change. We support President Biden's call for essential court reforms to restore integrity, impartiality, and public trust in our highest Court including the following necessary and long-overdue reforms:
A constitutional amendment to remove presidential immunity,
Term limits for Supreme Court justices, and
An enforceable, binding code of conduct for SCOTUS.
We must ensure our highest Court cannot be bought by the rich and powerful. Without reform, there is no equal justice for all people. Take action now!
In solidarity,
Angel Padilla
