Arizona Voter Roll Crisis: Non-Citizens Not Being Removed!
Arizona faces a significant voter roll crisis as non-citizens remain on the rolls, unremoved and unchallenged.
Maricopa’s Recorder argues that requiring U.S. citizenship verification for voting in federal elections is unlawful as the scapegoat rationale for why non-citizens could be found on the voter rolls.
4/16/24: “The number of Fed Only registrants is not equal to the number of Fed Only voters. These registrants are lower-turnout voters than average.” In this post, Richer links to a Vote Beat article reporting that Arizona has 32,487 federal-only ballots. However, Richer only accounts for 8,114 federal-only ballots when he posted, “Just had a kind constituent ask about federal only ballots in the November 2020 election in Maricopa County (re:HB 2492). In case any others are interested: Total Fed Only Ballots Cast: 8114; Biden Votes: 5781; Trump Votes: 2134.” Any of these numbers could alter the outcome of elections.
This should be especially alarming since the number of voters who haven’t provided proof of citizenship and cannot be confirmed as citizens has increased by over 32% since last October in Maricopa County. -Marissa Hamilton, AZ FREE NEWS
It's come to light that Maricopa County, and possibly others, are failing to perform their duty according to state statutes by not utilizing two federal tools to identify and purge non-citizens from the voter rolls. According to state and federal laws, election officials ensure that non-citizens cannot vote and must provide criminal referrals for non-citizens who register to vote.
The outrage is that Voter ID with Citizenship Verification Requirements would not be necessary if we could trust in the enforcement and maintenance of our voter rolls and that this process was fully transparent! Without both policies solidly in place, we cannot trust the outcome of any election.
In 2020, Biden won the state of Arizona by only 10,457 votes, yet over 26,000 federal-only voters are currently registered to vote in Maricopa County, and Vote Beat reports that over 32,487 voters are registered with a federal-only ballot, meaning US citizenship has not been verified. As warned, out-of-state and foreign students on college campuses are our greatest vulnerability in battleground counties. Hence, a concentrated effort on voter roll cleanup in these county offices is CRITICAL, and for Arizona, that is the infamous Maricopa County.
Arizona voter rolls are dirty, and this must be remedied IMMEDIATELY! It’s time to hold county Recorders accountable, ensure they clean the rolls, and provide absolute transparency. They must report how many fraudulent voters are removed and how many federal-only ballots are counted in the canvassing report.
