John,
I was just officially declared the winner of the Democratic primary for U.S. Senate in Michigan.
And Trump-endorsed Mike Rogers was declared the winner of the Republican primary.
That means we have our general election match-up.
It's on. And the 90 day sprint to November has begun.
I'll have more to say about Mike Rogers and what happens next in the coming days.
But for now, I'll be keeping a close eye on our fundraising numbers. With everything going on in politics, our opponent will get a boost, and we need one too. This is a big moment for the country, and both of our Senate campaigns. And the candidate whose supporters show up most will have a big advantage. So I am asking:
Can you take all of the positive energy of this moment and help me get the general election off to a strong start by splitting a $15 contribution between Defeat Republicans and my campaign for U.S. Senate? We're in the sprint to the general election now and I can't win without overwhelming grassroots support. [[link removed]]

This will be one of the most competitive and expensive races in the country. And it makes sense, because nothing less than control of the Senate is on the line.
Thank you,
Elissa
