Here's notorious far-right Internet troll Laura Loomer begging her Twitter followers to switch parties for the day and vote against Ilhan in the MN-05 Democratic primary:

Here's the chair of "Students for Trump" joining her:

Even Royce White — candidate in the Republican primary for Senate here in 2024 — jumped in on the action, saying he'd "gladly give up" 5,000 votes in MN-05 for his supporters to vote against Ilhan.

Unfortunately for Royce, we remember the last time he ran for office in the 5th district — he doesn't even have 5,000 votes to give away if he wanted to. 😂

We know it's all a bit ridiculous. And it reeks of desperation.

But it's also a signal that the right-wing — far outside of our district — are keeping close tabs on this primary. And it's not just the trolls and grifters online watching, but the super PACs and their billionaire donors, too.
