Last November, Ohioans overwhelmingly voted to enshrine reproductive rights in the state constitution. But if Republicans have their way, that could come to an end.

Our three Supreme Court races on the ballot this year will decide the future of reproductive rights. We already know what the Republican Party wants to do because they’ve done it, repeatedly. From passing a ban on abortion at six weeks which Governor Mike DeWine signed, to Attorney General Dave Yost appealing to enforce it even after Issue 1 passed in November, the GOP has proven they’ll stop at nothing to restrict reproductive healthcare.

We must elect judges to the Ohio Supreme Court who will protect reproductive freedom. Please, chip in to our Judicial Fund if you’re standing with us in support of keeping politicians out of personal medical decisions.

By re-electing Justice Michael Donnelly and Justice Melody Stewart and electing Judge Lisa Forbes this November, we can put a stop to attacks on our reproductive rights in Ohio and attempts to overturn Issue 1.
