Primaries Complete, General Election Straight Ahead. Let's Roll!       DEFENDING KANSAS SAVING AMERICA   DONATE VOLUNTEER   Kansas Primary Election Day is in the Books! So many dedicated Republican candidates across our great state have spent months carrying the Kansas Republican Party message of Smaller Government, Less Taxes, More Freedom from border to border! Folks heard that message and repeatedly told me so in phone calls, voicemails, emails and text messages. The Kansas Republican Party pauses today to extend our congratulations to the many Republicans who were victorious last night - and also to the many who risked putting their name on the ballot, committed their time, their talent and their treasure to a hard-fought campaign but came up short in votes last night. Your Kansas Republican Party is extremely proud of ALL of you and your efforts. You shaped the race you were in, sharpened the skills of the others in your race and, by doing so, reshaped Kansas and America. From the bottom of my heart I say thank you. With this primary election milestone now behind us, Kansas Republicans turn our collective attention to the General Election on November 5, 2024. In order to win and defeat the liberal Democrats who have done everything in their power to ruin our beloved America, we must stick together. You do not have to love nor even like everyone in our Party, but you must get along and we must all pull in the same direction or WE RISK EVERYTHING. We have an excellent chance of winning our Kansas CD-3 seat this year and growing our super-majorities in the Kansas Senate and House, but this will only happen if we ALL work together for the next 90 days. I ask you: “Do you want to fight internally or do you want to WIN and Save America?” I want to WIN. Please join me. County reorganization meetings must take place between the August primary election and fourteen days immediately following the November general election. 2. County chairs are prohibited under K.S.A. 25-3801 from making appointments to fill vacancies in precinct committee positions to open seats afywr the filing deadline date until the county central committee has conducted their reorganization meeting. 3. Right-of-Way and Public Property K.S.A. 25-2711. Placement of political signs during election period. No city or county shall regulate or prohibit the placement of or the number of political signs on private property or the unpaved right-of-way for city streets or county roads on private property during the 45-day period prior to any election and the two-day period following any such election. Cities and counties may regulate the size and a set-back distance for the placement of signs so as not to impede sight lines or sight distance for safety reasons. 2. HOA Sign Restrictions K.S.A. 58-3820. Restrictive covenants; political yard signs; limitations.
