Hello Partners,

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) have issued the fiscal year (FY) 2025 Medicare Hospital Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) and Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH) Prospective Payment System (PPS) final rule, on which Families SUSA provide comments in June of this year.

You can read about a few notable changes we’ve identified within the rule, as well as our continuing recommendations, here.

We applaud CMS for these additional steps taken to address health equity and to drive the health care system toward whole person care. Families USA looks forward to the opportunity to continue working with CMS to further advance systems transformation through rulemaking and other comprehensive models of care. Read the full final rule.

Thank you,
