Professor Stavros Gadinis, Berkeley Law: Professor Gadinis’ research examines questions in corporate law and financial regulation, both domestic and international. He focuses on the interplay between companies and regulators, exploring institutional frameworks for law enforcement, compliance, and risk management. Recently, he has expanded his scope to include sustainability and social issues in corporate governance. Before academia, he practiced corporate law in Europe and completed his S.J.D. at Harvard.Michael Gullette CPA, SVP of Tax and Accounting, American Bankers Association: Since joining the ABA in 2009, Michael Gullette has led industry efforts on a range of tax and financial reporting issues. He has also focused on ESG topics and climate risk, participating in the Value Reporting Foundation's Standards Advisory Group and contributing to the book "Climate Change: Managing the Financial Risk and Funding the Transition." Gullette has extensive experience in various financial services, having started his career at EY and held significant positions at a life insurance company, an international charity, and Freddie Mac.Other invited guests
