Friend,

As Rick pointed out, we're kinda into the whole weird thing.

Not JD into couches weird. As in, we're super into calling MAGA weird. Trump's weird. What they do is not normal. The control they want over women's bodies is not normal. Bro-ing out with Putin is not normal. Coups are not normal.

Why is weird so hot right now?

A dad from Minnesota – a football coach, a veteran, and a red-blooded American – went on TV and called MAGA weird. And it stuck.

That guy is now the Democratic nominee for Vice President. This is a very good thing.

So if you're keeping score at home, that's a prosecutor and a solidly moderate Governor versus a convicted felon and a bonafide weirdo who no one likes.

This is also a very good thing.

We win this year by going on the offensive. When was the last time you remember Democrats being this assertive – and it working?

Going on the offensive means Trump is backpedaling. He doesn't like it. He's not used to it. It's why we constantly stay in his head. It's why we define the battlefield.

Because when he’s the one being attacked, he makes even more mistakes than usual. And that’s really saying something. Whether it’s forgetting to supersize his meal at McDonald’s or making the worst VP pick in recent memory, it all adds up. Being inside the head of Donald Trump is how we will win this election.

We’re guessing Donnie’s already fuming because the pick hasn’t even been official for a day and Walz is probably already WAY more popular than his weirdo pick. Not that this was unexpected.

So it's Walz vs. Weird. Prosecutor vs. Felon. America vs. MAGA.

We like our odds. Why? Because we've been out there messaging to voters for months now. Those attacks work.

While the campaign signs and t-shirts will change, our mission will not. This is just another stop on the road to beating Donald Trump in November.

As you read this, we're attacking Trump and defining Kamala Harris to voters. As you mention how cool it is that Tim Walz is the pick, we're attacking Trump and defining Kamala Harris to voters. And every minute until polls close on November 5th, you guessed it. We're attacking Trump and defining Kamala Harris to voters.

We're doing our part to help Kamala Harris and Tim Walz win this fall. Are you with us?
