🏗️ Project Spotlight: Ira D. Hall Wall-Raising!

When we show people our progress, we can build the public support and political will needed to advance our efforts. Our members and partners continue to do incredible work advancing affordable housing efforts across the Bay Area and California, like the recent Ira D. Hall Wall-Raising Ceremony from MidPen Housing!

Ira D. Hall Square will provide 176 affordable rental apartments for families and individuals, including 45 units reserved for homeless individuals referred from the County of Santa Clara Coordinated Entry system. The community is named in honor of Ira D. Hall, who was one of MidPen’s founders and a lifelong advocate for social justice and racial equity. The property is anticipated to open in fall 2025.

Amplify YOUR Projects! Help us amplify your amazing work by sharing your upcoming grand openings, wall-raisings & groundbreakings. We'll use this information to uplift your specific events and project success, as well as show the bigger picture story of our industry's progress.
