Due to poor water quality, Lake Grove Park is CLOSED to all swimming until further notice.
The City of Auburn tests the water at LGP weekly, and unfortunately, this week's test has yielded negative results. There are numerous variables that can lead to this, including summer heat and rainfall. Our team will continue to do weekly testing and we will post here if the condition of the water improves and the beach reopens. But for now, NO SWIMMING is permitted at Lake Grove Park.
Please do continue to visit the park, though! There are still lots of great activities available, including our beautiful new accessible playground, permanent cornhole games, our "recreation station," kayaks, pedalboats, grills & tables, and more.
