Since our launch in 2021, we have made some incredible moves. We’ve supported more than 175 candidates, placed more than 1 million calls and texts on behalf of those candidates, maintained a win rate of nearly 50%, and acquired another phenomenal PAC to consolidate the efforts behind this work. We’ve developed proprietary candidate programs and built support networks across the country – especially in the states with the fewest resources for women candidates.

Now, we are seeking to expand that work by adding 75 MORE CANDIDATES (!!!!) to our roster for 2024. If we can do this, it would enable us to make an even bigger impact in future cycles.
No matter who becomes our next president, we'll need as many pro-choice women as possible at the state and local levels to reclaim, defend, and protect women's rights. The goal is to deliver legislation that improves the lived experiences of women in our country.

As you know, this work costs money. Her Bold Move is working on raising an additional $1.25m to get these candidates on our roster and integrated into our programs. $1.25m will enable us to:

Expand our post-endorsement capacity by about 2x to support the needs of 75 more candidates.

Open state-level chapters when needed (often for compliance/logistics).

Hire additional staff and state-level vendors.

Expand our digital footprint on behalf of endorsed candidates by 2x.

Travel to key states to assist with voter outreach.

This year alone, we’ve received applications from HUNDREDS of candidates from nearly every state in the USA. We've been prioritizing states with abortion bans as those are the states with the lowest numbers (think 12%, 15%, etc.) of women in state/local government. In those states, the goal is to chip away at male GOP supermajorities.
