Hi Friend,

How are you doing? I just wanted to check in to make sure you’re doing okay, and to let you know that we’re thinking about you.

As a mom of five and an employer of 26 hardworking people, I know how stressful, scary, and uncertain things are right now. But I’ve also been filled with hope and encouragement during this time. It’s said that tough times produce strong people, and it is true.

After all, we are #InThisTogether.

It’s inspiring to see people being good neighbors, quick thinkers, and even heroes to one another during COVID-19…

  • Children leaving inspirational messages in chalk on sidewalks.
  • Friends volunteering to run errands for those sick or at risk.
  • Community members cheering for and sending meals to medical professionals.
  • Strangers donating time, talent, or money to those in need.
  • Companies using their resources to create needed items, like face masks and hand sanitizer.
  • Families, friends, churches, and organizations using video chats to keep people connected.
  • Innovators and entrepreneurs using their resources to fill in the gaps where the government has fallen short.
  • Researchers and developers working around-the-clock to create better tests, treatments, and vaccines.
  • Nurses and doctors working tirelessly, even putting their own health at risk, to treat COVID-positive patients.

This is what being an American is all about: being generous, kind, resourceful, and innovative.

Friend , we launched our #InThisTogether movement to capture and share these positive, uplifting stories.

And we’d love to hear from you about what has inspired you during this time. Do you have a story of something or someone to share?

Share it, and help us spread positivity, not fear.

Thank you and stay safe,

Carrie Lukas
