The deadline for the Mending the Heart Cohort this Fall is rapidly approaching, apply today!
Dear ,
The deadline to apply for the the Mending the Heart Fall Cohort is rapidly approaching. The last day to apply is next Thursday, August 15th.
Whether you’ve been in this social change work for a couple of years or for decades, you’ve probably noticed how much pain exists in our society and have held yourself and others through the ebbs and flow of this work. This Cohort is your chance to connect with others who are also doing social change work and to practice skills to increase your capacity to withstand emotional trials and tensions.
Below are the dates and times for our gatherings. If you want to learn about emotional resilience for yourself and/or your organization, connect with others in this journey, and practice some tools, apply for ourMending the Heart Cohort here.
If you want to feel more connected, you need support in letting go, you want to strengthen your heart muscles, or you want to address some things that came up during the pandemic through a group process, please come! We hope this can be a balm of love to your heart where you’ll be able to connect with others doing social change work.
If you want to learn some new tools or rethink how you think about individual and group resiliency, join us to hear our frameworks and try some things out.
If you want to think about resiliency and how it affects your group or organization and some of the small things you can do to increase group resiliency, this is also for you!
We look forward to seeing your application!
All the best,
Fhatima and the Ayni Team
