John —
I have officially been declared the winner of the Democratic primary for U.S. Senate in Michigan.
And Trump-endorsed Mike Rogers was declared the winner of the Republican primary.
That means we're headed to a general election match-up.
It's on. And the 90 day sprint to November has begun.
I'll have more to say about Mike Rogers and what happens next in the coming days.
Today, I'll be keeping a close eye on our fundraising numbers. With everything going on in politics, our opponent will get a boost, and we need one too. This is a big moment for the country — and for both of our Senate campaigns. The candidate whose supporters show up most will have a big advantage. So I am asking:
DONATE $15 | DONATE $35 |
DONATE $50 | DONATE $100 |
DONATE $250 | DONATE ANOTHER AMOUNT |
This will be one of the most competitive and expensive races in the country. And it makes sense, because nothing less than control of the Senate is on the line.
Thank you,
Elissa
