It’s been over a decade since the Affordable Care Act was passed. Since then, we’ve seen over 20 million Americans gain access to quality, affordable healthcare.

That’s why it’s outrageous that during a time when people need their insurance the most, Republicans are choosing to continue their lawsuit against the ACA.

In times like these, we need compassionate leadership that is willing to look past and work beyond party lines to find solutions. But since Day 1, Trump and Republicans have taken every opportunity to use this pandemic to push their partisan agenda.

I am proud to be a leader on legislation that would protect individuals with pre-existing conditions, giving those Americans peace of mind during these challenging times. But while Democrats in the House are working to expand healthcare, Senate Republicans and President Trump continue to stand in the way.

But our voices won’t be silenced. Stand with me today in demanding that the GOP immediately drop their lawsuits to destroy the Affordable Care Act.

Thank you,

Annie Kuster

Friends, did you see the latest from the conservative Supreme Court? They’ve just agreed to hear arguments from the Trump administration to strike down the Affordable Care Act (ACA).

In the middle of a global pandemic that has stretched hospitals to their limits and left 20 million Americans unemployed, the GOP continues to try and make it harder to access affordable, quality healthcare. Ripping away coverage when it’s needed the most is just business as usual for Trump and his lackeys.

We need to stand up to this blatant disregard for the health of millions of Americans. Will you stand with our campaign today DEMANDING that the GOP drops their lawsuit against the Affordable Care Act?

Even without a public health crisis pushing the boundaries of our safety nets to a near breaking point, without the ACA nearly 20 million Americans would be without health insurance.

Not only is the ACA overwhelmingly supported by the American people but without it key protections that prevent insurance companies from raising costs for women, keep people with pre-existing conditions insured and prevent fraud would vanish.

If you believe we should be expanding access to affordable healthcare and NOT taking it away, sign our petition today to protect the Affordable Care Act.

Thank you,

Team Kuster
