I want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for supporting my campaign.

Since we launched our campaign last fall, I’ve been overwhelmed and overjoyed by your support — from our team of 6,800+ grassroots donors to the volunteers who knocked on doors and made thousands of phone calls to get out the vote.

I decided to run for Congress because I wanted to do more to fight for my neighbors, our community, and our democracy.

I ran for people like my late sister Olivia and all of our neighbors with complex medical needs and their caregivers, who deserve affordable, accessible, high-quality health care.

I ran for people like my wife, Alison, and all Union members who deserve good wages and a voice in the workplace.

I ran for people like my Mom, a paraeducator, and my Dad, a shipfitter, and for all working people who deserve to retire with dignity.

I ran for the families with LGBTQ+ kids – many of whom have moved to Washington state to escape discrimination – who deserve safety and respect, not insults and attacks.

And I ran to defend our fundamental freedom to control our bodies, our families, and our futures – without interference from politicians or judges.

Over the next few months, I promise to work hard every day to keep the 6th District in Democratic hands. We won’t just make history by electing the first LGBTQ+ Latina to Congress – we’ll bring the voices of working people and marginalized people into the halls of power.

The General Election has begun, and we must do everything in our power to hold this open seat, end MAGA control of Congress, and deliver real change for Washington working families.
