Some people falsely believe that the WHO distributed smallpox vaccines contaminated with the AIDS virus. This is a complete anti-vaccine propaganda. In reality, smallpox vaccines were never contaminated with HIV. Claims linking smallpox vaccines to HIV are pure propaganda, part of an AIDS disinformation campaign of the Soviet Union.
