Vice President Harris has made an excellent decision in choosing Governor Tim Walz as her running mate, and I know he will serve our country well, just as he has Minnesota for his entire career. This is a winning ticket, John.
Gov. Walz is deeply and authentically rooted in public service – he entered politics to help people and make positive change, not in pursuit of power, wealth or fame. The same cannot be said for Donald Trump or J.D. Vance.
I am confident that together, Harris and Walz will govern effectively, boldly, and with compassion. They won’t back down, whether it comes to protecting reproductive rights, lowering costs for working families, or making health care affordable.
