August 6, 2024 – 20003-241-EM-24 (Record No. 17656) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (Cheyenne Light or the Company) for authority to increase its Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) by $0.00264 per kilowatt hour (kWh).

August 6, 2024 – 90000-178-XO-24 (Record No. 17546) - Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 16-3-103, the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) will hold a hearing Thursday, September 5, 2024, at the end of the Open Meeting which begins at 1:30 p.m. in the Commission’s Hearing Room at the Hansen Building, 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, Wyoming, to consider revisions to Commission Rules Chapter 1, Sections 3(a) and 4(a)-(b) and Chapter 2, Sections 3(a) and 8(c); 9(b)-(c); 11(a)-(b), (d), and (f); 12(a)-(b); 14(a); 16(a); 22(a); 27; 28(a)-(b); 29; and 30(b).
