*LCB Board Action: Cannabis Rulemaking - Proposed Rules for the THC Bill*
On July 31, 2024, during its regularly scheduled meeting the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following cannabis-related action:
*THC: Proposed rules filed – Public comment period now open*
The Board approved a rule proposal (CR 102) to amend several sections of chapter 314-55 WAC to implement Engrossed Second Substitute Senate Bill (E2SSB) 5367, regarding the regulation of products containing THC.
