Look, I’ve known Governor Shapiro for almost a decade and I couldn’t be more proud to be his partner in governing the Keystone State. It's a true testament to his leadership (and our work together) that Josh was a top contender to join the Harris Presidential ticket.

Now, we are going to keep focusing on getting stuff done for the good people of Pennsylvania, and we're going to hit the campaign trail to ensure Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are victorious in our must-win state this November.

I still believe the contrast is clear: When our freedoms and our future are on the line, we must come together to stop Donald Trump and put our democracy first. Pennsylvanians are fired up to vote for a brighter future — they’ll vote to protect our freedoms, and they’ll vote to secure our democracy.
